After completing studies in architectural draughting in 1984 and attending a university of applied sciences until 1987, Peter Kunz realised the new industrial Plastigum AG building in Diessenhofen between 1988 and 1990.

After spending a year abroad in the USA, he opened his architectural office in Winterthur in 1991.

Since 2002, he has been a member of the FSA (Federation of Swiss Architects).

The decision to plan within a smaller team of 7 architects has become office philosophy and characterises the structures.
